Counselling for families with children aged 0 to 5
Our counselling sessions are in person and confidential. We hold counselling sessions at around 200 locations in the canton of Bern. These sessions are free of charge.
The early childhood counsellors are specially trained and receive ongoing further training. They know how to talk to people and give good advice. They have extensive specialist knowledge and are good at dealing with complicated situations.

Other counselling topics
Our counsellors can help you with topics such as breastfeeding, nutrition, care, hygiene, development, child anxiety, sleep, crying, siblings or family issues.
Contact us. Together we’ll find the answers. You can contact us by phone, by email or in person. We can also come to your home if need be.
Don’t speak German? Only speak a little German?
Do you know someone who could translate for you? If so, bring them with you to the counselling session. Even if you don’t know anyone, you can still use the form to contact us. We’ll organise a translator for you – free of charge.
